I have a BMW 323I, 6 months after purchasing it from a used car lot, the alternater had to be replaced. I was in a hurry, so I fixed it without worring about my warrenty....6 more months went by and the transmission had to be replaced. I took my car in and the shop said the dealer never paid for the warrenty which was promissed. I contacted the dealer and they closed shop after 19 yrs of business. I took him to small claims court and he said he is protected by the corporate shield! I believe this is fraud and he should pay...I also wonder why the darn 323 and 328 were never recalled!

forget about small claims court and get a lawyer and sue him.
