I am debating really hard on these two vehicles. I am going to purchase one by the end of this month- hope the public could help me. Is the price on these two vehicles worth it? performance, warranty package, looks... HELP!

Get the Mercedes.

My father has owned the 2007 BMW 330i and he sold it after 2 weeks. It was such a flawed car and it was in the shop for an entire week for unknown reasons. I've never had the new c-class but my family has always bought Mercedes and BMWs but we prefer Mercedes for reliability, looks, features and the service centers are nicer (although you wont be there much). If I were you I'd pick the Mercedes but it's really your call. It would be wise for you to study both cars since this is a large investment.

My friends that have had BMW's are trading them back in because of problems. The 2008 C was redesigned an is a beautiful car. I'd go for the Mercedes. The dealer I go to sells both Mercedes and BMW's and they have great service but I still don't want to spend all my time there.
