This car runs slightly rough on occasion during an idle, but not too obvious. It also idles a bit fast and demands brakes while waiting at a light. I have questions as to whether it can be something like dirty or fouled injectors or a sticky choke mechanism (and I am not sure how this might be as I am not at all familiar with cars with injectors.) Can it even be some special modern mechanism like an EGR valve or even the catalytic converter? As you see, I am not up on the newer cars. I don't have any idea if the converter can cause such a problem. I wouldn't think so, but then, as I said, I am not up on these models.
This car does not seem to smoke at all, so I do not suspect valves or rings.
It can't get above about 60 mph on a steep hill and it acts like getting above that on the flat is doing a big favor.
