it has a cambelt as its a 4 cylinder not a 6

the mileage is OK for the year,but surely ,you've changed the cam belt before this,most cars depending on the make, have it changed between 30,000-60,000 miles .
YOU WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY HAVE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE IF THE BELT BREAKS

The car is 14 years old,,at an average of 12,000 miles a year for most cars that`s about 168,000 miles so yours is just below average,,as for the cambelt you would need to have it inspected to see if it needs replacing,,,
