I recently bought a 1991 BMW 525i. It was fine yesterday when I was driving it around all day. Later that night (it was very cold out), I went to go leave and the clutch was really easy to push down, and got stuck...also the spot where it grabbed was closer to the floor then before. I parked the car for the night and in the morning the same thing kept happening but the gears also grinded when I tried to put the car in reverse, and wouldn't even go into the other gears until the car was warm. Can anybody out there help me? Is it a clutch problem? What parts would I need to fix the BMW and around how much would it cost?
