I went to pop the hood and the cable came right out. The sleeve seems to be there, but not sure if it's connected to anything. I'm afraid to mess with it anymore. I need to get it open somehow, because now the car won't start! It turns over, and it seems like it is going to start, but then it doesn't quite make it. The hood of course opens from the windshield end. Any suggestions? Thank you much.
