Hi, i'm looking to buy a new car a 2009 bmw m3 convertible. I was wondering if it's worth the 80k price tag, or should i just get the 2009 mercedes benz sl63 amg?

I mean i read it goes 0-60 in 5.3 secs that's real slow. The benz time in 0-60 is 4.6 sec. Just like the Camaro ss or does anybody know a cool fast car with a hardtop convertible under 120k?
