My girlfriend's 1995 bmw 525i's car alarm will not shut off. We don't have the remote. Does anyone know of any way to shut it off? We tried to remove battery, but that didn't work. Thank you

I would call a bmw dealer and book an appointment to get it diagnosed good luck.

all cars that have alarms have an over ride switch and the purpose is if you lose the remote,most of the time is place under the dash or next to the kick panel, the way you turn of the alarm is you turn the key switch on to ignition do not start the car,then push down and hold the overide switch the alarm then will beep like three times so the alarm is turn off. the over ride switch is a little buttom the top is usually red or black,once you turn it off the alarm will never turn on unless you turn it back on,but that is a different procedure.

take out the fuse!
