When I start my car, when the engine is cold the rev counter drops below 1000 rpm and sometimes stalls - It never does it when the engine is warm. Sometimes the revs will kick in atutomatically and stop it from stalling but clearly this is not right. Please advise if you can.
The second problem is when I change gear and push the clutch down the revs go on for around another 2000 rpm - this can cause problems as if you lift the clutch up too quick after changing gear the revs are still high. I think this maybe because the accelorator pedal is incredibly stiff but please advise if you can
