a guy i work with has a bmw 316 91 (j ), he took the battery off to charge it, when he put it back on none of his instruments work? where the milage should be it says "code" the car starts but he cant tell what speed hes doing or how much petrol hes got.
its been main dealer serviced since new but this year he hasnt gone because there expensive, can they put a timer on it to lock out or is there something major wrong with it, can it be fixed, we havent got a clue what code its asking for
