yes. but you will need to stiffen the suspension or you are more than likely to deform the sidewalls of the tires. loose grip and damage your current shock absorbers

They should the main problem might be if the lug bolts are long enough. The Lug bolts on the Motorsport Editions are longer. They other potential problem will be if the 2006 - M3 rims you are referring to are they large 19"-21" rims with a low profile wide tire on them they could possibly rub on the rear fenders or kiss the front fenders when turning. The best way to find out is to put them on the car and fins out. If you buy them and they won't fit your 328 get a hold of me and I will give you what you pay for them if you ship them to me. I have approximately 25 BMW's in various states of refurbishment. It is what I live for! To recycle a great car and drive it a little before giving someone else the opportunity to buy them from me for allot less than they could find anywhere else.
