i have a bmw 530i 2006 and i would like to upgrade the look of the 2009 ( new rear lights and front spoiler)

Go to an automotive Body and Paint Repair shop. They do repairs on accident cars and deal with insurance companies on a daily basis. You can look in the Yellow Pages of your telephone book. To actually install new 2009 rear lights, you would have to order them from a BMW dealer. Or you can have the Body and Paint Repair shop order some other rear lights for your custom look. It won't be cheap.
