i have a 1997 BMW 528i....

the car overheats

i change the head gasket and gave it a tune up

i see that the water from the radiator comes out trough one pump (because i touch it and its hot) but it does not come out trough the other side (the other pump from the radiator is cold..i feel nothing no water going trough)....

what could be the problem??????
