I'm in the market to upgrade my car and considering the new 2009 accord euro or perhaps a low kms e90 bmw 320i used. i would just like opinions from owners or test pilots who have driven both vehicles. thanks in advance.

Definitely the 320i. If you're considering brand new/demo or slightly used cars then either one is going to last you at least a few years. In this case you'd want more luxuries. The Euro may be winning in the engine size and so therefore its a bit meatier, but it's not that much quicker than the 320. Also being a Beemer the 320 has more luxuries and better looks along with more street cred. My father owns a Euro and in my honest opinion it's not really a looker, and despite it being Wheels Car Of The Year the luxuries you get don't really justify the price tag. And the seats are terrible for comfort.
