...things like that compared to a ford? can you compare the price of the oil change and stuff like that with a bmw x5 with a ford windstar sel?

If you're buying a new BMW, ALL maintenance is included for free during the entire 4 year 50k mile warranty. Afterwards, it will be moderately expensive, expect at least $120-130 at the dealership, probably higher. Gotta pay to play.

But again, BMW gets you a year longer, and 14k extra miles on the warranty that Ford won't get. And in my opinion, you'll be treated better at the BMW dealer.

It's cheaper, most oil filters for fords are 15-20 bucks, the bmw how ever looked anywhere from 5-15.
