I need to check? The windsheild wipers are working on and off. We are unsure if the cold can affect them (we are in North Dakota and it has been below 0 and snowing for about 3 weeks), if there may be somewhere that needs lubricant, or if the motor needs to be replaced. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check for connections and broken wires.

It's probibly going to need a wiper motor.
