it's 2.40 am in the UK but i went to look and if i pull the back seat any harder my arms will come off and the only thing in the boot (trunk) is the spare
goes to look for a pull tab
and gets a large Bacardi
well i couldn't find a battery but i found the Bacardi , so i guess i'll just connect the charger to the terminal under the hood and the engine
and hope it doesn't burst into flames
i'll get some burgers in case it does why waste a good flame

Its under the rear seat. Bottom cushion of back seat needs to come out to gain access to it.

BMW, Benz, Volvo puts batteries back here to keep them out of the weather so they last longer and items like air bags and such still have a power source in the case of an accident.

it is under the rear seat but may be easier to access from the boot.

look under the seat!
