i bought 1999 bmw 323i service engine soon keeps on and off and car start to shake or wigggle a little, how can i resolve this?

Actually there could be a number of reasons.

1) Simply a reminder to get your car serviced (normally oil changes)
2) Something else that is wrong and you need to take the car in for service.
3) Possible loose wires or senor for this warning light. Shaking it and it going off might just be a coincidence because these service engine soon does go off after a few minutes of starting the car.

I would just take the car in to get it checked. Getting stuck on the side of the highway is simply avoidable if your take the advice of this warning light.
