You'll need to remove the radio, get the serial and model #'s off of the back of it, replace the unit, and call your local BMTroubleYou dealership. Ask for the service department. With your model and serial #'s, they should help you.

Should be in the owners manual or the manual that came with the stereo. Even stock players should have a manual for the stereo. Or by ringing up a BMW dealership they should be able to get it for you.

with some of these radios you can put them into the freezer overnight and it will reset. atleast audi / some bmw stock radios..
however, try contacting a bmw dealership in your area and they should be able to help.
