Escalade, or a Hummer? I'm 16 years old, and i just got my licence. my parents are willing to buy a car for me. I have a 80,000 dollar limit. I want to get a nice new SUV to impress my girlfriend. I want a good looking car, that has good handling, luxurious interior, and can drive beautifully. Which of these cars do you recommend? My parents are lenient about the price....i'm pretty sure i can talk them into getting me something more expensive if it means a better car....

Must be nice to have that kind of big choice at ur age. Most of us were told to get jobs at that point. Enjoy every penny of ur luxury sweetie! And dont ever be upset if you dont get what u want...but then again...
But if course ur not spoiled, ur just well taken care of....right?!
Ur parents need a SERIOUS slap in the face with a dose of reality if theyre just gonna drop 80 grand on their kids first car. Theres many other things that can be done with that...like spend 20 grand on a nice reliable car and spend the other 60 grand on your college education. unless ur parents are already gonna pay for that seperately...and with the way ur talking, i wouldnt doubt it. Good Luck trying to not buy ur way through life if this is how ur parents brought u up. I fear for the future

Get a subaru you can run over anything with them and they last long. Don't get a porsche for a first car. A cadillac would be good too, they are bigger cars, a little safer for the younger driver. A range rover would be good too.
