the 2004 bmw 645ci. are they good or bad? handle well? harmon kardon sound good? and is it a damn good head turner?

I have an m6 and that is a damn good head turner. The handling is great. the sound system is awesome. It turns the same amount of heads as my Murcielago. They are good.
