ok, i know that all german car makers, except for porsche, limit there cars to 155 mph, except for the M models like M3 and M5 which can hit close to 200 mph without a limiter and the AMG models on mercedes.

my question is, where can i go to get the limiter chip out of my bmw m3 or can i do it myself?

Speed Tuning USA, type that into google, and they will pop up. My 98 328is was limited at 128, and they removed mine just fine. They do require your ECU to do the remapping/reflashing...
