I own a 2004 BMW 745li. I got the IPOD adapter hooked up, a 1000 watt mono hifonics amp that’s pushing one 15” Solo Baric L7 sub. With that said, I think I’m having a voltage issue. My car starts and runs fine, however my bass cuts in and out when I take my foot off the gas and hit the brake. When I’m on the freeway, the bass works fine but on a few different occasions the bass has cut completely out(until I turned my car off and on again) and the dynamic drive inactive fault comes on. Also, at times the front end of my car speakers cuts in and out. Its just a mess. I been doing some research and found out that either may battery or alternator could be loosing to much power. What is going on, and should I get a 2nd battery, capacitor etc.? Serious answers only please. Thank you!
