Could someone please tell me how much a new turbo for my bmw will cost me please? The last 2 days my car has been smoking loads but running fine but today i think the turbo has totally gone as i have very little power in it. The tutbo is not kicking in. Any ideas or help etc please?

Yep your turbo has gone, shockingly common in 320D's
Really sorry for you Dev, but this might come as a bit of a kick in the nuts, if you take it to a BMW dealer your looking at £1500-£2000. Best trying to get a small independent garage to do the repair, make sure they have the right program for your ECU though.
Been through it all before, it's really not worth paying all that money for just that blue and white badge on you bonnet.

I had a 2000 320d, which lost power. I had to have a new airflow meter, followed by a Diesel fuel pump a 3 weeks later. Cost me dearly, so I would have thought it wouldnt be cheap. Try a BMW breakers yard
