After getting body work done from hitting a deer, the lights flicker along with the dash lights in unison when key is turned to start up the car. No engine sounds. After a few tries, the engine finally turns over and starts right up like nothing was wrong. Could it be a lose wire somewhere, the starter switch or something else all together?
The deer did not hit the front of the car. It's shoulder (it was a hefty buck with a nice rack) took off the side door mirror which scratched the door on it's way past. I understand that painters unhook battery cables when they paint which would have been done in this case. The battery indicator on this car says the battery is fine and fully charged. There is a dot on it for that purpose.

When the lights flicker there is no engine sound like it is trying to start. It is just the key turning and the lights flashing off and on until the key is turned off. When the car finally does start, it is like nothing happened before that. It just starts right up like usual.
Thanks for your replies.
