Buy the icon.That would be the GTO. BMW's are over rated and expensive to own.Of course if you want to out class them both. Get a C5 Vette As far as buy American goes. Nice thought but the GTO comes from down under. Australia

Pontiac GTO. It's more practical, more unique, and cheaper to service. It is a Holden from Australia, but it uses a standard Chevrolet small block engine.
