1999 e46? The climate control inside car reads max 32 degrees. The temp on engine is half way which is normal. The heater is blowing cold air, only very occasionally very light warm air. I have been told it could be the thermostat, a blockage in heater matrix. I hve changed the water valve but no success. Anyone through some real light on the problem. I dont want to spend too much cash as i will be selling the car next month. - - Please help - - -Cheers
