ok i have a 2000 bmw z3 that needs a new camshaft sensor. well i went to a parts place and they said that there is two sensors. i dont believe it because i only saw one. can anyone help?

There are two camshaft sensors, one for the exhaust and one for the inlet. It is always best to replace both, but one(i think the exhaust) is slightly hidden behind the oil filter housing and you have to remove the power steering reservoir to access it properly. Although you do not need to disconnect, just move to one side to allow a socket and rachet in. Both are only bolted on and are an easy change.
