I deal with alot of cars at my shop, but never have messed with a BMW 328i

I have a chance to buy a 1996 BMW 328I hardtop convertable 2door with 90k miles. car is in excellent shape.

Is it worth it? I know alot of these cars are expensive but lose so much value over a short amount of time.
